I ordered samples of Allure skin cream and youthful Radiance anti aging serum, they were supposed to be 4.95.

one week after receiving my samples my account got charged 84.95 for Allure and 81.37 for youthful radiance. I did not order more.

The company offered a "free trial...only pay shipping" which was under $5. The fine print buried on their website states that unless you cancel the program within 14 days of shipment you will be charged the full amount of over $80 per product.

They carged my credit card the full amount only 10 days after receiving the product. No details regaridn cancellation charges were included with the shioment. I called to cancel the program and was told "sorry, you should ahve gone to our website and known what the terms and conditions are".

Lesson learned: beware the fine print in ALL "free trail" promotions, and cancel well within the fine print terms they hide from you.

Charged for free items

The same thing happened to me and I concur....lesson learned!!! When I received my products I didn't even get a receipt or return receipt in the box, again, red flag when buying "free trial" items. I called the number on the website and they gave me 50% back to my account, and I cancelled the account....otherwise I would have continued to get the products and charged full price for both products.

Tried a free trial of avella serum and was not able to see terms and conditions. Then my debit card was used to collect $89.95 from my account. Called company and was told I was 1 day late to cancel account. Total Rip off

This suppose Allure anti-aging cream, was apparently supposedly ordered online, during a time they told me you a IP address, whatever that means. I know I didn't order it or even ever receive anything, because I was out of town the whole summer. I even have bank statements that show I was out of town during that time, for both when ordered & delivered.

I told them tell me where my signature is but they can't because I was out of town at the time, to where she rebuttaled the post office confirmed delivery, is what they told the bank which is a lie. Regardless they have continued to charge me every month because she says a didn't cancel a subscription from this package, yet continuely charged for a product i still haven't received. When asked how can they justify that she said, when I supposedly ordered the product for the introductrory offer , that when you don't cancel with in their time frame they charge you the $85 & enroll you for that monthly amount & that's why I've been charged for that. Mind you I've never received a product ever!!!!

I have my bank, I have fought, we actually disputed the charges while out of town the moment I saw them, I have proof from the charges we we're out of town, we disputed before it was even shipped, I'm sure it was stopped, but they continued charging it, i think, my name, address, phone number, & email was stollen from something else or sold. The bank claims because they have this info it's vaild, now they did block them from stealing anymore, but they got like 3 payments of $80 something for a product I've never received, for one I'm highly allergic to about everything I don't need anti-aging cream yet either. This has been a nightmare & a joke.

I just wrote down my report entirely on question before this.

*I ordered a trial of Allure Skin Cream, then eye cream popped up as well. I read the terms and conditions thoroughly. It said I had 14 days to review and to call a certain #, I also was given one confirmation #. I called within the 14 days and said I was cancelling my whole order. This was charged 89.92 on Aug 5 the day I cancelled. They would only give me 75% credit Ibecause I had only cancelled the eye cream. I was given one order no. And only one phone # to call. They lied thru their teeth and I am out $20.00. The product didn't even come til Day 14th. CO was on the bill.*

I signed up on line for a trial size face cream and paid $4.95 + $1.99. They claim that the website said I must cancel in 14 days if I don't want the product. That was not on the website I was on. So, they charged me $89.71 more even for I did not get the 30 day bottle. Then, a month later they sent a 30 day supply and charged me $94.66. I did not order this 30 day or any 30 day supply but now I'm paying for 2 30 day supplies. They said there is nothing they can do to make this right because I am at fault. This company is a scam
