Got excited about this free offer just pay the shipping. I live on SS disability (mental) did not read the fine lines got to call 14 days to stop. They took out $200.00 of my debit card without me giving them my number. I have contacted them numerous times they have cancelled the orders, but will not give me my money back. Said I have to get my debit card people on a three way conversation which they said NO. I have filed a dispute with them. I have no credit, and that was my furniture payment Aarons which will come and pick it up.
I ordered a free trial of Alluxa Luxe skin cream and eye serum. It said that all you had to pay was 5.95 shipping and handling for each one, so I did. It did not say anything about calling to call any future orders or monthly orders. Fifteen days later, I see that the company made 2 transactions from my bank. One for $88.95 and the other for $88.05. I immediately called them to cancelled and they just kept repeating that the site said I had 14 days to cancelled. But I read everything on the page, and it didn't say that anywhere, neither did the cheap looking receipt that comes with the creams. It was a poster card size receipt, and it just said thank you for your order. No where did it say that I had 14 days to cancel. I was not able to get anywhere with them. I had to call my bank to put a block to this company and I have to wait until the transaction goes through in order to file a fraud claim.
I was overcharged an excessive amount for test products. This additional charge from my checking account withou my permission, cause an overdraft and bounced checks to my account.
I had the same problems as those already posted. I got a pop up to try the cream. Then I got the pop up to try the eye cream. I read everything to ensure I wasn't signing up for anything I didn't want. I didn't see anything that was going to rope me into something I didn't want....until I got charged almost $200 today. I researched the charges and figured out what they were. The customer service people are a joke. I was not kind because they are scammers.
Guy threatened to hang up on me several times. Told me he would give me a partial refund since I overlooked the non existant 14 day trial info. I asked for someone else and he refused and said I could call back and take my chances and that I would not get a partial refund. I hung up and interestingly enough I got a partial refund. I told him I would contact my attorney multiple times and he basically said it won't do you any good. Funny he gave me a partial refund when I hung up on him. This company is a piece of crap. Do not order the trial. They will screw you hard.
