Alligator Alley Harley-Davidson Reviews

Bought a new bike from Corky @ Allgator Alley. After sale he would not return several messages. I walked up the chain and 3 weeks later Scott Mann called me back. He is a rude IDIOT. His DADDY owns the place and we feel that is the only reason he is G.M. They were a few reasons I called but first, Vic in finance jammed GAP insurance on me by saying it was only $3 a month. That was a lie! The wife pointed out it was $500 plus interest and tax. The next morning we went back and Vic said I need to call H.D. finance and I did. It was a crock, another lie. Finally weeks later Alligor Alley sales manager RON told us on (2) seperate occasions "CHECK IS IN THE MAIL".

That was a couple months ago. We have filed a small claims suit in Broward county. Twice my new 2018 Road King was in for service because the clutch seemed off. Both times I was told it is fine. After that we received an "IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL" from Harley in Milwaukee that stated---hydraulic clutch system will exhibit an internal leak which may result in loss of control increasing the risk of a crash. WOW! Unbelievable... I think they want me to file a second lawsuit. If you make the mistake of looking for a motorcycle, the new Milwauke Engine is awful. If you have a salesman ask them for prices on a few bikes. Good luck with that.

In the early part of 2016 I brought a Harley Davidson Road King which was the best bike that ever man made that I think so or at least I thought so. But here I started to belong to a group of people that were part of a dealership that was at first seemed amazing and a great family to be around and to work with if you can get into it . But a year passed by and I thought I should get a bigger and better Harley Davidson then that which was the 2010 Harley Davidson Ultra Glide Limited Addition Classic. Which was an amazing bike all around because it had everything a man can ever dream about from better motor to a beautiful machine all around. But the only thing that was wrong with it was that it had 83,000 miles on it unjust clutch and every time you want to get going it will sound like it's dying. And had a nail in the back tire . So I went to the dealership ( Alligator Alli Harley Davidson ) to the service department and I've asked them what could they do for me about it. Because I just bought this bike and it shouldn't even seen the service shop for the next at least 5 years if it's supposed to be coming right off the show room. They told me that it will cost me between $400.00 to $500.00 to fix it ontop of the monthly payment is $400.00 and I asked them if they are kidding me. And they said that they are serious about it because it's a Harley Davidson. I don't think it's fair or responsible from the Alligator Alli Harley Davidson to slam someone that just brought a bike from them and not even a month pass by and they need to put $700.00 in one month to fix a bike that they sold it knowingly that it's not fixed all the way. And that they will have to pay $700.00 to almost $800.00 to fix with making a monthly payment for the bike that they barely using because of the bike's problems. It's not fair and irresponsible and quite deadly to leave a bike like that for someone to buy it knowing that it have those problems and more problems just because the costumer wanted to have a big bike like that. That sure gave me a bad taste from the Harley Davidson community of dealerships around because some of them are not honest with they're costumers. And they don't see a costumer infront of them they see their money and that's pretty bad when your dealing with only two wheels transportation. That if something goes bad on it and your doing the speed limit and you know it can hurt you pretty badly. You got to do something about it with out being charged to the point that you can't even afford it anymore. I think this alligator Alli Harley Davidson should be ashamed of them selves for trying to almost kill me because of seeing me a money and not as someone alive that wants to be happy just like them.
