Beware of this corrupt woefully unprofessional security guard named Jenny lee Sanderson.
She biased and vindictive all wrong to be a guard of anything, She comes to work acting like a teenager with the men around and she is so annoying and self centered plus she has it in for alot of homeless people she dislikes, she is very nefarious and abuses her authority frequently to make herself feel important at the expense of others, so sad. Thank god shes not Santa Rosa Police! what a mistake that would be for the dept if they hired such a sleaze ball.
I worked for Allied Barton Security Services (which later became Allied Universal via merger) for about 8 years. I started off in Illinois for the Wildwood office and transfered to Milwaukee WI when an opertunity opened up. When I first started I, like everyone, paid a $125 "deposit" for our uniforms.
Allied is somewhat particular in that the company issues you your uniforms, and the uniform issued is dependant on the specific site you are posted to. So if you work for ABC Telecomunications it will have a different uniform then XYZ Manfucturing; either way you still pay a $125 deposit.
My first account lasted for a bit under a year, and when I was done I moved up to Milwaukee. When this happened I turned in my old uniforms, and had new ones issued from the Milwaukee office. However, the $125 "deposit" was never refunded. Instead I had to pay an additional $125 "deposit" for my new uniforms from Milwaukee.
I spoke to my Account Manager, Operations Manager, Human Resources and even the VP in charge of the Milwaukee office as a whole.... nobody had any idea what was going on and I was never refunded the first $125 deposit. Fast forward 7 years later and when I left the company (now Allied Universal) I have not seen a single cent of the first $125 that went missing, nor of the second $125 "deposit". It has been 30 days since I have left the company.
I have called the Milwaukee office HR department 9 times in the last 4 days. Apparently the entire HR staff is either "in meetings" or "unavaliable", every, single, time, I, call. I get forwarded to a voice mail box which is always full. Every. Single. Time. I. Call.
The company headquarters has a phone tree that I cannot penetrate. Nobody answeres faxs. This has gone beyond simple bumbling into the realm of a scam.
Allied Univeral is the most unorganized company I've ever worked for. I was hired for literally 3 MONTHS before I even started working. I kept being told that they were waiting on my background check. The supervisor FINALLY said that the real reason I wasn't working yet was because certain people in the office quit without notice. Found it strange that a professional company wouldn't reach out to inform their workers, instead of dodging my calls and emails.
After waiting for months, I was told that they lost all my information and I had to do it all over. I was FURIOUS but did it all over because I had bills to pay! The new scheduler placed me at a security site where I worked for 8 hours. THATS ALL I WORKED THE ENTIRE TIME EMPLOYED because Afterwards, I didn't receive any calls or a schedule. I was told the new scheduler was trying to find me a post closer to home. She only communicated through text so I missed her text telling me she needed me to work somewhere that night.
She got angry that I replied late and told me I was terminated because she can't get in touch with me when she needs to. REALLY? I explain to her that I asked for a 24 hour notice prior to working and did not apply for an on-call position. (or on-text in her mind) You can't text me at 3pm and ask me to work at 4pm, then fire me for seeing your text late. The conversation afterwards was so rude and ghetto, I thought I was arguing with a child. All that company put me through, just to fire me over a text!!!! Don't work for them if you have bills to pay!!!
No such thing, was hired as a site supervisor and have been with the company since 2012. have been moved to a flex officer after an incident happened on my site during a shift that I was not there for. No worries, was supposed to be the Field Ops Managers "Right Hand Man" and given a raise, but none of that ever happened. Spent more time sitting on various post as a flex officer than performing any management duties. Hired a new person as the managers assistant. So much for promoting from within.
I started working for Allied Universal Security in Sept./Oct. in Nov the company started messing with my pay each week they have short me, forgot to pay me or forgot to pay my over time etc. I have reported each week slowly getting some of my pay back but the issue is that they keep doing it. they still owe me 5 hours overtime and and now this week they forgot to pay me hours I worked for call ins and have not gotten payed for that so now they owe me 5 hours overtime and 10 hours regual pay. Enough is Enough this company needs to get there act together. Going to file a grivance on company, the Branch manger keeps blowing me off, called KC. Mo branch office they pass the buck to Wichita office and Wichita keep passing it to corp. office and when I call the corp. wont ancwer their phones. Its been since Nov the weekly mess ups fed up !

I'm certain that they are getting people in to get their personal information in order to sell them. Is not because they want to hire you!!

I have tried to collect 8 hours of overtime pay since the end of january with no success.
I tried the Labor Dept and they haven't been able to help either.
I tried the BBB and they couldn't help me. Don't know who else to call or contact.
