I ordered the The slimming waist trainer and he breast lift silicon bra on June 26th 2017. I received a confirmation order via email. I also had a total of $30 taken out of my bank account. A couple weeks later on I received another email stating that the order had been shipped and was on its way. I waited a month then I sent them the 1st email. I received an automatic email back stating that they have been extremely busy with the amount of orders they received and my order may take longer. I have emailed numerous times and got the same automatic email back until today. All I want is my money back.
I placed an order in April of 2017. Never received my product. I emailed them countless times and never received a response. I avidly searched for a phone number and could not find a valid contact number. As soon as the order was placed the money came out of my account. I tried disputing it with my bank however nothing ever came from it. Now 9 months later I think their website is no longer in operation if it is they are using a new domain name.
Like many of the other reports I saw, this trendy bra blew up Instagram in late spring/early summer of this year (2017). I purchased one at the end of June and my credit card was charged right away. I received an email that my item had shipped about a week after ordering it. I was given a tracking number link, which pulled up an order but never updated with any actual tracking information. After over a month, I contacted the company to ask if I could have my order cancelled since it was taking far too long for a single silicone bra. I never received a response, or the item. It’s been almost five months since I ordered it. The website is now non-functional and the tracking link no longer exists. This was a complete and total ripoff that a LOT of people fell for.
I order something back in June I got a email saying that they were sending it out and I kept tracking it but the system kept going down and I try to call and I get no type of response. But of course our quick to take the money out of my account but of course I have no product this has me little worry about paying for anything online anymore this is horrible all I want is my money back and hope nobody else go to the same thing I just went through.
This company was advertised on my Facebook (FB) newsfeed. They were promoting these new trendy strapless bras. I ordered two bras in early July, 2017. July 11, 2017 I received shipment confirmation. A month later, never got my products in the mail though my credit card was charged. I tracked the "shipments" using the info in my previous email, but the shipment number was linked to 4 other completely unrelated "orders" to people in other states. This is when I knew I had been scammed. I revisited their website, found the support page and it stated they did not accept inquiries about items not received until it had been 60 days after delivery (ridiculous). Now the website no longer exists and their Facebook page is gone, so I guess the ripoffs will stop, but I still want people to be aware. I will never order from a Facebook advertised "company" again, learned my lesson.
I purchased a bra from them in June and they took my money and have yet to send me my bra. Also I emailed them a ton and have only received an automated reply and they blocked me from Facebook because I complained on their page
*I also ordered a product from All Things Beauty and not received yet. Order date was June 24th, current date is August 22nd. My credit card was charged immediately with the promise to process within 14 days. The tracking shows it was sent out on July 5th from their warehouse to China*
I ordered a strapless bra from this website. A couple weeks later I decided to check on my order to see if it had shipped yet or not. They supposedly shipped my order through DHL, giving me a tracking number and a link. So I went to DHL's website and entered my order info, but there was no information on my order whatsoever. Now, 2 months after I placed my order, nothing has changed. I've contacted them numberous times via email and have gotten no response.
