I made a mistake and paid for a company that charged by the hour and charged some ridiculous fee per mile. Customer service at the front end was good but follow up really bad. I asked to speak with a manager to follow up on my experience before writing a review but never received any follow up despite chasing so now I am reviewing them.
Biggest issue is that they insist on wrapping anything damageable and breakable (you pay for the roles of tape too!!) this is very time-consuming but does not stop them breaking or damaging your items! This must have added hours on the packing. At the unpacking it was a disaster the "team" and no they are not owners they are hourly paid by the franchise holder, were so slow we ended up moving things ourselves and just getting them to dump things in our yard to get them out of the truck they tell you 3 hours but it would have been more like six or seven. Do not use this company get someone who quotes for the job...if you can get them to return your calls!
