After six months when he was supposed to start making payments, never did! Took me another 6 months before the marshall came and threw them out! Besides not paying me any rent, they cause $150,000.00 in damages to my building!!!
Now that I finally got a judgement I find out that he is one of the BIGGEST CROOKS in Orange County! .... AND penniless!
