On 9/22/16 I purchased the Aimersoft DVD RIpper for $35.95 and was dismayed to find that it did not do what I thought it would. On the same day I purchased the Aimersoft Ultimate for $49.95. I notified Aimersoft immediately. According to their refund policy I could substitute a correct program for an incorrect one. Policy is written as follows:
Purchase of a ‘wrong product’, and then purchase the correct product from our company. In this case, Aimersoft will refund the price of the wrong product for you if you have no need for it.
I ended up emailing Aimersoft 6 times to request a refund. Three times in response to their purchase email and three times on their "Contact Us" site. The only response I received was their generic "Thank you for contacting Aimersoft". No mention of my request.
I have written a review on the BBB site where I was only one in a long line of others complaining about the same thing.
Aimersoft is a ripoff and a very unethical company.
