Is there a legal recourse to take Sykes and Agora to court? The emails and website say you will get 52 alerts a year for the membership. During my year subscription, I received nowhere near this guessing just over 20 before I count. Also it says penny stock which is typically labeled as $5 and under. Most of the recommendations were around $10. Is there a recourse to sue for fraud.
I understand there is risk in stocks, not complaining about this. If the number of picks was near 52, that would be a different story. Has anyone taken him to court. Feels like fraud here.
