Agero Inc and its partner Swoop Inc has to be dealt with immediately, they are getting away with not paying there drivers for months, not paying what the drivers are told they would get from editing rates on dashboard, promising you will be primary provider for a certian area and once you lock in discount rates because you are now the primary, they all of a sudden tell you after you giving them discount rates for yrs they no longer have primary providers, but keep paying you discount rates.

They did not pay me for 6 months and finally i received 15 checks after 6 months, can't tell you what this did to me and my family having to borrow money because this company was not paying me for work already completed. I am now on blood pressure medication and require cpap machine to sleep at night, never had any health problems ever. there customer service is the worst.

They don't answer the phone from there service providers for at least an hour your on hold, and most of the time your dealing with 3rd world countries who have no idea how to solve problems. My regional manager has done nothing to help in any of these matters, he is worthless, and his name is Taylor Campbell, you should see his email response to me when i told him im not getting my weekly checks.

Oh, also this is the same guy who promised me primary provider position if i did the jobs for $23.00 and did not tell me they no longer have a primary position, its all based on acceptance rate. We'll he could of given me the heads up and said oh by the way you may wan't to change your rates because your no loner the primary provider. i am overwhelmed and shaky just by writing this horror story.

I called Chrysler roadside assistance for towing on 6-29-17, they billed my credit card over the phone for $89.00.They never showed up and after 2 hours the police had my vehicle towed.

I called their toll free number 1-520-770-4732 the same day and told them my situation and they said my credit card would be credited, that was a lie, i called them multiple times for a week from 7-01-17 thru 07-08-17 and they kept transferring me to different numbers. I disputed the charge with my credit card company on 07-08-17 and called Agero.com after on 07-09-17 that and a lady said my card would be credited, that was a lie!!

Dont use these liars for towing, todays date is 08-30-17 and still not resloved.

It took almost 4 hours to dispatch a service company to replace a flat tire by Ajero staff on Nov 29, 2016 We placed a call for a flat tire on our Lincoln Navigator around 7:20pm or so. Called at 7:45 pm. - 1st response was the tow company wil be there in 35 minutes. No one showed up. At 8:10 pm called again - we were told that some one will be there in 20 minutes, but they will not give us the tow company name or phone # stating they are not allowed to do so. No one showed up At 8:40 pm called again and asked to speak to a manager but instead were asked 5 questions that they were required to do so. They still did not let us speak with the manager and told us that the driver is at the 10th street and will arrive in 25 minutes. Around 9:25 pm we were still waiting and called but were given the same response - the driver will be there in 10 minutes. Called again at 10:00pm and were told the same thing - another 20 minutes but will not give us the contact name or will not let us speak with the manager. At 10:14 pm called again and they told us that the driver will call you in 15 minutes. At about 10:45pm the driver from United Towing (tel 408-295-5915) called and said he is on his way and showed up about 10 minutes later. Completed the tire replacement with a spare tire and left about 11:30pm or so. All along the calls we made were picked up by bunch of morons who were located in different parts of the country and had no idea what was going on and kept lying to us. Called again at 11:39pm and insisted to speak with a manager and spoke with the supervisor Brian. Here's the kick. This guy is located in fu***** Ontario Canada! I asked him why did it take so long to provide service and he tells me it took only 15 minutes! I asked him to check when was the first call made and he then confirmed that indeed it took almost 4 hours. I told him to file a complaint against all those individuals who told us all the lies. Brian's ext is 86177 which is what he told me. Not sure if that is another lie. His supervisors name was given as Amanda and she was not available to speak with us. We were told that some one from Customer Care will reach out within 5 fu***** business days. Does that mean they really care? I am going to cancel my contract with Nationwide on Towing and go back to AAA. I could have called a repair company and would have been done in less than 30 minutes and for less than $100 instead of going thru this misery with these crooks.

AGERO CONTINUES TO DO THINGS THEIR WAY, NOT THE RIGHT WAY.

I'M SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON. I HERE STORIES FROM CUSTOMERS I TOW OR PROVIDE ROAD SIDE FOR, THE LAST TOW COMPANY TOOK THREE 3 TO 5 HRS TO SHOW UP. I HAD ONE CUSTOMER SAID SHE CALLED FOR A JUMP START THE GUY SHOWED UP AN HOUR LATE, SMELLED & LOOK LIKE HE WAS STILL DRUNK THE NIGHT BEFORE & COULDN'T FIRGUE HOW TO JUMP A VEHICLE WITH REMOTE POSTS.

I tow for Agero and for some reason every invoice I turn in exceeds there mileage calculations to the vehicle and to the destination of the tow what I can't figure out is I use there app with their GPS guidance and the mileage from the app can someone help me out with this cause I'm not getting paid for all my mileage and that's not right
