I used the Agent Leads University ad system and it was a nightmare from the beginning. They have stolen over 2k from me and I only received 11 leads in 2 months and 2 out of the 11 leads even spoke English. Agent Leads University did not help me and were completely neglectful until they wanted there money.
Real Estate Agents you can get all this information for FREE on YOUTUBE. For FREE!! There are so many amazing trainer’s on YouTube that are real NOT like Josh Roads with his odd and never mating up to what his videos show you to do.

Agent Leads University uses face book to do all there advertising and you will pay $5-$10 a day in addition to the money that they will take from you. You should just learn from the Facebook how to do an ad and it is very straight forward and easy to understand soooo much better than the Agent Leads University will ever offer you.
I bought this hook line and sinker. Blood sweet and tears is all I got back. They have people on there doing commercials “O there so great this, so great that” shame on those people. This has cost me a lot of money and I feel ashamed and a fool. I am letting go of my ego to let you know what happen to me. It’s a lot of money for me and has financially put me in a bind.

I appreciate your review of this company. I merely interacted with them on facebook and they are so unprofessional and hateful. I have them blocked from having to ever even seeing their ads again...I hope people really lookinto the company before wasting money.
I received a buyer lead and almost joined until I read all the reviews - so glad I googled this company. I just got screwed with homes.com cause I didn't google this company before I signed a contract.
I paid $3000 for about eight months for them to generate a Facebook ad for me. Plus, I had to pay for the Facebook ads, which had s budget they did not honor. Most leads subscribed to the ad only to view homes, and were not really interested in purchasing a home. Total waste of money. Walk away. You can go your own Facebook ad.
I spent $1500 for 3 months I was promised an average of 50 leads/month. I was told the only reason agents are not successful is because they do not follow up quick enough. I hired an assistant and any lead that came through she responded to within hours. Responses back were minimal if anything, and mostly to say go away. Oh did I mention how many leads my $1500 got me! 14 leads, you do the math. I emailed after a month and said what is going on, they said let us tweak the ad, you'll get more. I asked them to cancel the contract they didn't even respond to that. The sales guy, disappeared off the face of the earth! I'm a new agent and single mom, every penny is crucial to me. I was promised results and I got nothing. I feel even worse that I was saved that $ for my daughter to start gymnastics but I thought with them guaranteeing it, and knowing I have a team and I've been in Property Management for 20 years so I know my stuff I will do great. I just didn't have time to door knock and generate leads. This company is a complete fraud. I guess lesson learned, but I hope this review saves someone else.
