Just to reiterate on the reports already filed. I ordered this creme as a trial offer. 4.95 was the shipping cost.I received my product 7 days later. company states you have 15 days to try our product and then cancel if your not satisfied or change your mind. well don't actually have 15 days you only have about 6 -7 days to try product and to make matters worse it may take your a few days to authorize payment which in my case took 4(no fault on banks part) so in actuality i only had about 4 days to use product. which i was unaware.
I called customer service and they were rude and short. I spoke with supervisor and he was the same.They offered no refund not even partial. they weren't sensitive to the fact that someone could be totally misinformed or misunderstand the cancellation policy. All they did was say they canceled my order for future shipments.I believe a company such as this with Angelina Jolies backing is a sad representation of her and her products. I would never order from them again. The way you get treated is terrible.
Buyers beware. After reading further disputes i cancelled my credit card because i was afraid charges were going to show up next month as stated by another consumer after she cancelled. Please do your research and check all the fine print and ask questions before giving out any of your banking information. its shameful that these companies take advantage of people that sincerely want to try a product and don't mind paying for it if everything is clear cut.

I ordered a FREE trial of the day and night cream and the eye serum. I thought all I had to pay was $4.95 for shipping and I think the eye serum was an extra $5.oo. I have since been charge $89.95 two times which BOTH times caused my account to be overdrawn and an additional $35.00 for everyday it stays overdrawn. I can not find a phonme number and the website has no contact info. My billing statement links it to Hautebeauty but when I attempt to contact or even search that website nothing past 2014 is available.
This company is a fraud and charges your card without permission and or consent. Don't get involved with them. You will loose money and who knows what else.
When I took a chance on this product I was under the impression that I was being charged $4.95 just like all the other victims complaining on this site. So I was charged $4.90 and $4.95 for the samples and then without my consent was charged for a month supply of the cream and serum which was $93.91 and $87.45. Who in their right mind would ever pay that much money for a little jar of cream??? I want my money back...they can keep the postage and handling but I didn't order the stuff and don't plan on paying for it. DON'T get involved with this company. They are SCAMMERS!
