I orederd samples for eye and face from age rewind. I receiver the eye cream only and was charged for both samples $5.98 for each. There was not disclosure about 14 days the they will send you a full order. I was charged full price for each item $92.98 each. When I called they informed me I did not cancell in time and I would be receiving both items. I told them to cancell my order only for them to tell me it was to late because it was on the way to be shipped. I told they I never received the face sample, only to be told I should have and they would send it to me. I said I didn't want it. I told them I didn't want the product and I would send it back if I got it. I did receive something from them and I returned it unopen. I don't know if it was the sample or the full bottle. I was billed and I never received any full bottles of the product. When I called they said to bad I should trace the product through the mail. I have talked to this company so much about my bill. The other day they called and said they would cut the price of the eye cream in half. I told them I wasn't going to pay for something I never got. I told them I didn't like the eye cream because it didn't work like they said, the only thing they said was I wasn't using it right. I have asked to speak to someone in charge only to be told there was not a manager I could talk to. I have never had so much troulbe with a compay like I have had with this one. I will not pay for something I have not received but they think I sould pay for it. What a fraud and ripp-off
On April 1, 2016 I purchased 2 trials. One was skin revive and the other was eye rewind. After completing the order form I read the terms and conditions. I was confused, it was very mixed up, convoluded, skipping from one topic to another. It was terribly inconsistent.I thought I had 14 days to call for a return number, which was my plan since it wasn't working.
I received my products on April 6th I think, so from my thinking I had until the 20th to call and make arrangrements to return and get a refund as well as cancelling my membership.Sounds right but its not. According to some very small print the 14 day trial period starts once your order has been processed, not your payment.
In other words the same day you place your order, days before you have the product. You really do not get 14 days to try it, you only get a few. Like me, I lost 5 days to use the product because they don't ship until the payment has cleared and then there is the shipping time. This is a total rip off and a scam to boot. Since I never experienced this type of trial period beforeand did not start counting my 14 days until I had the products, I received an overdraft of approx 170.00 from this company today on the 15th. Ordered on the 1st trial is over on the 15th eventho I received it on the 6th. When I called the company all I got was a cold shoulder and was told to be excited over having one of America's best skincare duos. The same 2 bottles that were worth 5.95 each yesterday are now worth 92.00 each today and they still don't.
I ordered Derma magic, recieved something called Age rewind. You also end up ordering another product called Glam eyes whether you want to or not. When I received the products they were both called something completely different than what I ordered and showed that it came from a company called Beauty Basics that doesn't even sell either of these products.
