I ordered a free sample form this company, only paid postage. I received it on March 25.

When I wanted to cancel 14 days later, the representative did not want to cancel the account. She claimed I only could cancel on 4/18/16. I called back on 4/18. After 30 minutes of an unpleasant debate, she gave me a cancellation number. I asked if I should send back the sample, and she said no. She wanted to confirm the cancellation by email. I called back three times, but never got an email with the cancellation number.

On 4/19, I received an email with a bill of $55.52 for an order I supposedly placed on April 19, which I never did.

I cancelled my cedit card and the amount was disputed by the bank. The company told the bank that I never cancelled the order. That means the bank cannot dispute the chrged amount.

They are ready for a report to the Better Business Bureau!

I placed an order online, and was charge a different amount than shown on website. I called the phone # and advised them I wanted to cancel the order. They said they can't cancel as order is already in process. I assured them I would not be re -ordering as I don't like the way they do business.

On May 13th, I noticed 2 charges on my banking records totalling $91.23. I notified my bank and they closed my card. I sent an email asking Age Escape to issue a check to me as the charges were not authorized and they haven't sent me any product and I don't want any product; and advised them the account has been closed.

The company that sent me the items is Beauty Care Products in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. I don't have the address with me. But I will be sending them a letter thru the US Mail requesting a refund. I was not able to find a website for them.

Immediately after I placed the order my bank called me regarding "suspicious" activity on my account... I had already placed the order. I know now that they were certainly correct.

Total SCAM!!! Beware!!!

This product was a 'bonus' for an survey from Telus. After completing the survey ( I am a Telus customer) I was given the 'opportunity' to try a sample of V-Skin Active for the cost of shipping. There was no additional information, no return address, no terms or conditions. After submitting my acceptance, I was encouraged to purchase another product (Age Escape). I tried to exit the site as I decided I didn't want either product, but could not ( I had to reboot my computer). After 2 weeks, I was charged more than $300.00 on my credit card for two so-called samples. I immediately cancelled my credit card and called the company. They were very rude. I asked to speak with the supervisor, who I was told, was not there. I called back three times, and finally reached the so-called supervisor, who was as rude as the phone solisitors. I contacted my bank, and after several conversations with the bank , they have assured me that this company is under investigation for fraud. Be really careful! I'm embarrassed that I got suckered into such a scam, but a rude awakening to the way some people do business these days. If you want a good skin care product, see your doctor and ask them to reccommend one.

Rude customer service people

Do not order this product! Sure they advertise cheap trials....but they do not allow you to cancel! I called my bank and they suggest keep trying the company. I have gone through 5 reps and they refuse to cancel. I have paid $300 so far. Cancelled my credit card however I have been told at the bank because it is pre-authorized they can continue to keep charging on my account even though it is blocked and I have a new credit card! If anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated. I am sick about this and I don't know what else to do or where to go next!

This company should be prosecuted!!!

I've got the free trial link through Yahoo, and printed out the on-line purchase confirmation and no where indicated the "terms & conditions". after a few days I've received an email saying I will be charged $106.61 USD, I immediately call the customer service line and after over 30 minutes debate, the rep finally said they will cancel my FUTURE order. Then I quickly pulled out my credit card bill and noticed they've already charged me this amount just 10 days after my order. I was very angry and call them back again, the rep was so rude and he said there's nothing they can do. The Rep showed me a website with the "terms & conditions" but it wasn't the website when I ordered the product at all! The company should be seriously reported and prosecuted!!!

I called all four company listed on my credit card statement totaling $740.32 unauthorized charges that ended up all being the same company and same product age escape. All the charges are a couple days apart from each other every month for five months. When I call they are very rude and us the same script over and over refuse to refund my money and to top it off they didn't even have my correct address and showed I never received the product and still refuse to give me a refund and still charging my card. They need to be stopped and prosecuted.

Ordered this product online through an advertisement from Dr. Oz and paid for S&H (about $10). Buried in their "terms & conditions" is a 14 day period to try the product and then they charge you an EXHORBITANT fee ($300!!!) for the product. Trying to get a refund is IMPOSSIBLE and then they place you on a autoship and charge you monthly!! Avoid these products at all cost.

Slick marketing keeping your focus on the product and not the terms. They will charge your cridit card before you know it

and your 90.00 in the hole with no refund available.
