I purchased two video lights and only received one. I immediately contacted their customer support. It is now over two weeks later and they keep saying they will ship it out but they have not and will not supply me with a tracking number.

Received quote for camera equipment. Months later finally got new shipping label and sent in equipment based on quote. Equipment practically new. Since then customer service has been horrible. No contact. Constantly railroaded by email and phone. Fishy forms for quotes with no amount.

Received low quote 6 months later with no receipt form. I believe this company took my pristine equipment and is reselling it at a huge profit and not providing paper trail needed. I awaiting a check that is much less then I should receive but not receipt on the business end of what they received, fair market value, condition, or quote.

Told the check would arrive in 2 days. Email states 4 days.Took my camera equipment, kept it, and offered ridiculously low quote after I received a higher quote. Which I had to prove by sending email. They still sent low quote on phone- no paperwork, paper trail all of a sudden.

They use multiple people and emails to evade you even with customer service order number. I was unable to find the equipment online to check the status. Finally , offer made on the phone- no paper trail or professional quote or receipt to follow receipt and disposition of equipment.

I requested my purcgased items to arrive within a few days but sales rep Manny N lied over recorded phone conversation. He told a big lie in saying that my items would arrive before the 90th OscarsĀ® on Feb 2, 2018. Later by saying that that thursday I could purchase those items. I called the next day and it was "closed," I could not purchase my items on that day with Manny N knowing that this purchase would delay and I would have to be responsible for working and resorting this the next day to meet my goals.Later during a. second talk with Mr. Nunez, I asked what would be the option for my items to arrive on Saturday. His response was, "Fedex service would be the fastest option for that since UPS does not deliever on Saturdays," that was his suggestion.

Next, I did as he suggested and sent a Fedex Account information number and he created a Fedex label. I am know that the conversation is being recorded and he is lying at my face. Later, he and his assoicates send me the reciept of my items which I still have the electronic copies of and the receipts say, "Your Items Have Been Shipped and Will Arrive By March 5, 2018 before 10:30 am.

Now I have read through many problems through the reviews about these sales men.

And some of the things that they write about this company (i.e., Adorama) is the lateness, Adorama's electronic scheme tactics of advertisments for "wanting peoples cameras," which personally I have absolutely no wishes to do becasue I dont sell my camera gear or electronics to absolutely nobody, horrible delay of recieving items people bought, and the cheap service during jewish holiday which seem to throw that Adorama warehouse off becasue items are often on backorder and salesmen dont have the courtesy to tell the truth about Adorama's delay and backorder probems.Following another conversation with Manny Nunez, I asked about my items that where posted on the reciepts him and his assoicates emailed me and Mr. Nunez said something like, "Oh we created a label through Fedex for you," and this was his suggestion at the start of the conversation with Mr. Salvin. D.

Next I expressed for both Salvin and Mr.Nunez to send my purchase items and still havent heard or read from them. They last where contacted at (212)741-0401 ext, 2248.

As of the time of this being typed, I still have not heard about my items and I have suggested a full refund.

Come on guys get your act together, send customers the truth and tell them if items are on backorder, and dont make your customers do all the work.
