I subscribed their 7 days trial services. Offered my credit card for services. 4 days passed. I tried to cancel the service and their site does not allow to do so. Noted that many many people have the same problem saying that they request further high money to cancel the provisional subscription.

They are crooks. They are so big. They do not need peanut money. Simple they are black mailers. Never contract any service from them because you get ripped

The end of November (around the 27th), I signed up for Adobe Creative Suite for which I am billed monthly. I am very happy with this service.

However, I was also offered a "free trial" of Adobe Stock (one month) for which I agreed to try. Prior to the end of that month, before December 27th, I cancelled that trial. Two months later, I realize I am being billed for Adobe $29.99 per month and will continue to be charged for an entire year. I have not used the service since cancelling.

I did a customer service "chat" last night, January 28, and the customer service agent told me he would give me 3 free months trial to continue to try out their service. I'm thinking, ok, I've been charged $60, but which they aren't returning, but I will get 50 pictures, so maybe this ok. As this is a free trial, I can cancel before the end of May and not be charged further. But this morning I checked my account and this is NOT what was described to me. I CANNOT cancel. I will be charged to the end of the year (next November).

Again, I originally cancelled my account. I want it cancelled. I want my $59.98 refunded. I don't want any free months or any free images. I want it terminated! I am so angry. This was never a free trial and I NEVER would have agreed to a $360 contract. I want this cancelled immediately, the money refunded, or I will also cancel my Adobe Creative Suite, which I actually really like. This is deceptive and unacceptable behavior on the part of a company that has such a good reputation. The order number is ADD056389055EDU. You may email me, but do not call.

Thier billing services will charge your account if you do not follow a very misleading process to stop them. They even have a pending deduction on my bank account and would not refund it and will only stop at next billing cycle. Their online agents are using scripts and are actually pretty uneducated and useless.

They will state you agreed to do this form of enrollment which is deceptive and even if you cancel the service, they auto renew it and were charging me 52.99 for a 39.99 monthly subscription which they claim is because I cancelled the previous subscription. This is out and out theft by deception.

I purchased the entire Adobe Master Collection Creative Suite 6 for $475.00 and registered it in May of 2017. 2 years later Adobe went into my computer without my authorization and remotely shut off my software purchase stating that the software was not genuine. +

Why was it genuine in 2017 and not genuine in 2019? Agents refused to answer the question and came back with an offer to subscribe to the Cloud for a monthly recurring charge. This is a global company with a voratious appetite for money. All they want to do is steer you to the Cloud for a monthly recurring charge. Gotta pay for all that office space and employees world-wide.

Adobe is a Ripoff with a capital R.

I signed up for the free trial of Adobe Premier Pro, but it didn’t run on my computer in the end so I cancelled the subscription straight away then 2 and a bit months later I found out that they decided to ignore my cancellation and still charge my account the money and stole £40 over this time I went to cancel again and they wanted to charge me £100 in fees for cancelling.

Because they had stolen my money I didn’t even have £100 to pay these fees and I feel as if they did this on purpose to trap me into having to continue paying. After this I contacted my bank and got them to block all payments they try to take from me and they did that and refunded me one payment (£20). 1 month later I checked my bank and realised I had hardly any money again and knew I hadn’t spent much so I checked why and they had changed the bank account so that they could still steal my money.

This is when I contacted Adobe and things started getting extremely weird. The first 3 times I contacted them in their Live chat feature as soon as they messaged me they would end the conversation so I couldn’t talk back to them and after this I couldn’t load Adobe websites on my internet and had to use mobile data to use their website.

Adobe Sign is great at convincing you to sign on but will drop you hard once they hook you.

Adobe Sign has TERRIBLE support.

Gabe Marcus was great but again wouldnt answer my calls after I signed.

They do not encourage you to phone in. When you do you have to go through 4 departments.

They are trained to make you feel stupid and frustrated to where you give up.

They do not guarentee service. Vikrant was the only helpful person but even he cant do much. It is company policy to screw their customers.

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM THEN DONT. JUST DONT. STAY FAR FROM ADOBE. THEY ARE THE DEVILS BROTHER.

I have been an Adobe Subscriber for almost one year. They automatically deduct monthly fee (with no problem). I tried to log in for the month of November to no avail. I tried changing my password several times and still could not access my account for which they had already debited my account. I tried to contact Adobe but sadly they have no direct customer service available I wasted hors trying to get in contact with them. I finally go tthrough on the chat service (by the way they ship out cusotmer service jobs to thrid world nations and do not support the American job market---- SAD). I was back and forth with Adobe for nearly a week trying to get them to rectify the matter. They charged me 59.83 to cancel even when I told them they were at fault for failing to provide the service to me. (Make sure to have all chats emailed to you when you deal with this company.) FINALLY they refinded the fee but not after it had cause an overdraft in my account. They failed to honor refunding the overdraft amount which occured by adobe debiting my account without my authorizzatoin. They are TERRIBLE and anyne dealing with them should BEWARE.

I started a new company, purchased a brand new mac, the largest they made, purchased the best creative suite that Adobe had to offer. I spent thousands to do this new business. We got home and found that the Adobe products did NOT work. We went to the Apple store in Florida where I lived at the time and they said it was an issue with Adobe. For days I was on the phone with Adobe's tech support out of INDIA - making matters only worse. They NEVER made good on this! They were only able to make Adobe Pro, Photoshop and Dreamweaver work with much of their teh support messing with my system. ALL of the rest of the products I needed for my business NEVER worked. No matter how many calls I made to Adobe, they did NOTHING. I couldn't keep up businesswise and exxentially, Adobe put me out of businesss, because I bought their products for my business!

I have called throughout the years since, still wanting them to make good or refund my purchase for those products I was never able to use. All ignored.

I had a customer here at my office, suddenly a message popped up that an update had happened by Adobe. I do NOT allow automatic updates on my system. Now, my Adobe Pro, Photoshop and Dreamweaver no longer work.

Today, I spent more time with their people, sales, tech support and managers, even the operator at Corporate in San Jose and Not One Person Offered Any Help - ONLY FOR ME TO PURCHASE MORE!!!

So I paid over $1,200 for the Adobe Creative Suite, never got to use the majority of the programs, they got paid in full, they never gave me tech support or a refund for those remaining programs, and then they killed the three programs deliberately to make sure I would have to go back to them and go into their AUTOPAY $20.00 per month for ONE PROGRAM they offered for only DREAMWEAVER!

I have reported to the FTC and the Attorney General, which both have stated that everyone needs to do the same. I was told that this needs to be investigated. Imagine if everyone that got burned the same way files as well what will happen??

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ADOBE - ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE, CLOUD, OR STOCK.

I have used Adobe products for years, but recently I signed up for a one month subscription to Adobe Stock, 10 images a month for one month, for $35, and the $35 to be reimbursed.

Instead they sign you up for a year subscription which you cannot cancel without a terminatoin fee. To terminate they want $146!

Rationally communicating with the customer service rep, Fazal, by chat,was of no use, even though I explained that I never signed up for a year-long subscription. I explained this is bait and switch and he just said, "sorry you misunderstood".

This is unacceptable business practice. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB or Attorney General.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ADOBE. They will lock you into a membership without your permission. If you do not want to be ripped off, and you want peace of mind, and honest and reasonable customer care... get your software elsewhere, but not from Adobe.

I am planning, as soon as feasible, to phase out all my Adobe Software.
