I have received serval emails from Beth Anderson ACS Legal Group saying i owe a company $800 and if i dont call her i will be arrested. I contact my local police and they said to email them the notices i have recieved. I got a call back in within 24hrs.
It was the Chief of Police telling me that it was a fraud. So today I went into my email and there was another scarey email from Beth Anderson. This email was saying that if i don't email her back I will have charges brought up against and she will freeze my all my accounts and call my job.
I know that the only person who can garnish ur wages and freeze your accounts is the IRS. So the email i got was a fraud
I keep getting these emails stating in the next few days I will be filing a case against me. The case is for a Payday Loan. I have 48 hours to let them know, if I will be making the payment. If they don't hear anything, they will go ahead and have me arrested. Where I will be paying over $4000.00 not including loan amount, attorney fees and the interest charges. I asked can you give me the date of the loan and the amount. I'm told, its the loan you took out for $300.00 with People's Bank.
I can't take it anymore. I'm at my wits end. I ask to give me the name of the company and the actual date. Still to no avail. I have even tried ignoring the emails. But they would send more.I don't know what else to do. I have been saving the emails. They have even scared me into believing, I'm going to be arrested. I was told they would be there by 12:00 noon. I don't know what else to do. But I also can't continue to get these emails.
