This report is about a fake settlement arrangement sent by Ace cash services. I have never gotten a loan or cash services from any of these company but they have my information and social security number. I was also threatened and this was stated " if you failed to update us with cooperate us then be ready for going into jail under FDCA for 3 Years, and We will seize your all bank account and hold on SSN," .
These guys have been sending me several emails asking for different ammounts of money. They state I ow money to such and such. Today, they sent me an email with my ss# in it and my bank acc # as well, threatening they would send me to court and empty my bank acc. The grammar or email body is just insane and so bad I believe it was written using google translation. I dont know what to do and how to report this. They have all my personal info.
