I placed an order for a loved one that is incarcerated. They charge your card immediately but it’s been over two weeks and my order is still sitting in “pending” status. When you do a live chat, they tell you it can take up to 7-10 days but still nothing. This doesn’t even include ship time to his facility. I’ve never ordered anything online and had this long of a ship time. How long could it possibly take to pack a box and ship it? Def not 3 or more weeks. I’ll never order from this company again..

Ordered a christmas care package for my brother at the Farmington Correctional facility. After paying extra for the 2 day shipping it still hadnt arrived by 12/30/2016. When i called the company to have the matter looked into, I first asked the gentleman for his name. That is as far as i got. It wasn't even in an interragotory tone, I just simply asked. He refused twice before hanging up on me. I called twice more, getting the same individual each time. Giving up on getting this individuals name I simply gave my order number. He tells me they cant ship to this specific facility. He offers to credit my card but needs all my payment info to do so. Even the 3 digit security code on the back. Very rude, no customer service etiquette. And an extremely shady experience I won't be using again. Im still on the phone with the bank getting my card replaced for peace of mind...

I ordered a TV and headphones for my husband who was an inmate at a prison facility in Kentucky. The day the package arrived at the facility, my husband was transferred to a county jail where he could not have the TV. The prison contacted access to return the package. That was 2 months ago. I have called access every week. I have been told that once the package is returned I will get my refund. It took them over 30 days to get the return label to the facility and lied to me about it. One car told me to get over it. Now I am calling everyday. I found out they have the return in their warehouse but say they don't. They also told me over a week ago give them 24 hours and they would have it resolved. I still don't have my refund and they have their products back in their warehouse.

My friend Rolando Otero, who is 73-years-old, writes to me from prison in Doral, Florida, saying that inmates there can only purchase items through this company Access Securepak, that does not honor product warranties.

Otero (No. 058721) purchased a pair of New Balance 608 Men's Training shoes that had a year warranty. The shoes became defective after five months. When Otero wrote to Access Securepak for a warranty replacement, the company refused to honor his request.

Everyone should beware that any product purchased through Access Securepak is done at your own risk, as they do not honor product warranties.

It's hard enough to have a relative in jail, but then this place just lies, does not deliver your order and won't refund your money for their neglect. Don't use them, it's the same as throwing money out of your kitchen window!
