It toolk him 7 months to pull a permit and when he did it was under someone elses name. I asked for my money back but he kept claiming that he was going to finish the job. He never delivered any of the materials that he said that he ordered and paid for. Then he kept giving excuse after excuse why he was not able to come out to get the work done. In the end he said he was not going to finish the job because he was busy with other jobs and was oing to return the money.
