Biggest scam ever!

I paid 900.00 up front to have my student loans reduced and all this while fighting cancer! It has been over a year with repeated phone calls etc. and no response, I hope Don Mathews who took my money which I could have been spent toward my treatment sleeps well at night..........

In November of 2016, I recieved a phone call from A1Doc Prep claiming to be attorneys that resubmit proper paperwork to my student loan complany. For 3 payments of $300.00, the paperwork will be written up and sent to my house to be finalized and signed. Shortly after this, they required my student loan password in order to access the right information and I hesitantly gave it to them (not one of my proudest moments).

Luckily, to this date they only robbed me of $900.00! After several dozen attempts to access my account status, all 3 phone numbers are out of service. Here is a list of the numbers I acquired:

I signed up for their service back in February to help reduce my students loan payments. They have a settup fee, I don't know if it varies by person, mine was $1200 to be paid on 4 installments and they were supposed to take 30 to 60 days to process the transaction. After the 4 months of installments payments were completed I receive a call and an email to provide them my FAFSA login information so that they can complete the application. I followed up with them a month later and they said they hadn't received the log in information, I sent it again and haven't heard from them since. I call them often. This week I gathered all their emails and called every single number I found, several are out of service, 1 of them is not even for that company, the ones I get throught go directly to voicemail and no one calls you back. I've sent emails that no one replies to. I had that nagging feeling I was being taken for a ride when I singed up and didn't listen to my husband when he said it's too good to be true. Please be aware and just work somthing out with your loan serviser. You wil save time, money and the embarrasment and regret of having being scamed.

I was contacted by Benjamin Lopez about helping me with my student loans. Benjamin immediately walked me through a process very quickly. He continued to misinform me by saying that all of my student loans will be forgiven after this process. He told me that to get the process started I needed to pay $300 for 3 months and everything would be taken care of by them. When i said that I couldn't afford to pay such he said that I would get all the money back in my tax return.

He further walked me through nslds.ed.gov, and without me signing onto my own account, he changed my password for me. Because of this, I was under the assumption that I was talking to the Federal Government. Benjamin did not clearly state that he was not working for the Federal Government Student Loan Department and played heavily into my vulnerability in the hope that I can get ALL of my student loans consolidated and forgiven.

I have spent the last 3 months trying to get someone to return my emails and phone calls. When I call their number I just remain on hold forever. I need help in getting my money back so I can start on a legitimate path to repaying my student loans.

Thank you
