NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I’VE GONE THROUGH WITH THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!

NOVEMBER 28th night around 11: 55 PM- MY CAR WAS picked up from North Hollywood, California & I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CAR UNTIL 18 DAYS LATER ON DECEMBER 17th.

I WAS PROMISED that my car would come 7-10 days …NEVER HAPPENED!

After a week had gone by, I wanted a simple update….

DECEMBER 6th morning- Spoke with Stoney he said he would have the driver call me later on.

I never received a call back as I was told.

December 6th evening – I called again to say I never received a call or update as I was told. I was told 7-10 days my car would be here…and I just simply wanted an UPDATE. I expressed my disappointment there had been no UPDATES or CALLS. I told him it had been 7 days….

THE RUDE GENTLEMAN who answered accused me of lying and said “It’s only been 5 days”

I told him my car was shipped on NOVEMBER 28th and today was December 6th….THAT IS 7 days!!

He said he gave my grandfather a discount (who was paying for my car to get shipped from California to Michigan) and that I WAS being very rude….I told him, I was not being rude…I simply want the location of MY VEHICLE. I said thank you for the discount but is that the reason why we haven’t received any updates or calls??? Or to be DISRESPECTFUL saying I was lying.

Not only was he disrespectful to me, he said since my GRANDFATHER was the main person on the list, HE didn’t have to talk to me…..ALTHOUGH IT WAS MY CAR GETTING SHIPPED.

I decided to leave it alone, pray & let my grandfather handle it…….6 DAYS LATER…. STILL NO CAR!

December 10th – My grandfather called, he was told someone would reach out him in the following days there has been some trouble. (My grandfather is too nice and did not question the person he spoke with as to what trouble it was) SO my grandmother called the next day. Now it’s me, my grandfather, and my grandmother involved.

December 11th- THE RUDE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH BEFORE on Dec 6th., talked to my grandmother and said that because I was rude and HE WOULD SEE even if they wanted to ship my car still….ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I WAS NEVER RUDE…I SIMPLY WANTED AN UPDATE……BUT HE USED ME AS the scapegoat as to why the car had not been shipped.

My grandmother requested to speak with a manager….THE RUDE GENTLEMAN said “NO YOU CAN NOT SPEAK TO A MANAGER” and he said I see where your grandson gets his rudeness from.

HOW DISRESPECTFUL to speak to my 61 year old grandmother who has been battling medical issues like that SAYING SHE WAS RUDE, couldn’t speak to a manager, and insulting me…..

WE SIMPLY ASKED TO SPEAK TO A HIGHER RANK, someone who could GIVE US ANSWERS

CLEARLY THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING A CIRCUS, not a business.…

Dec 12th – My Grandmother received a call stating that the shipping truck had broken down….

ARE YOU SERIOUS?? AFTER 14 days you are just telling us THIS?

WHY NOW ARE THEY JUST TELLING US THE SHIPPING TRUCK BROKE DOWN?

Dec 13th – I called Stoney informed me my car would be shipped and my car would be here on the weekend Saturday afternoon

Dec 16th- Saturday afternoon comes…

The afternoon comes, no car

Evening comes, my mom calls me worried saying if they don’t come by midnight we are filing a police report.

Driver Art calls when he was 45 minutes awa

CAR FINALLY COMES around 8 pm

NEVER AGAIN will I use this company…EVER EVER EVER

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER HAVE A EVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY. GOOD LUCK IF YOU CHOOSE THEM!
