I purchased a used engine 10/3/17, invoice states it had 74000 miles. Had it installed on 10/16/17, drove 300 miles used 1 quart of oil, seen mileage painted on engine 171471 2 different spots. Contacted A Grade Auto each day and they said someone would call back in a half hour, never happened. Now the truck burns a quart every 200 miles, haven't even put a thousand miles yet.

The same refund rippoff they have been getting away with.i purchased a part for 1200 dollars from them and when UPS delivered the package it was damaged and the wrong part. The UPS driver made a note of it and took it back to be inspected.UPS found the part was damaged and returned it to the sender.Jeff tried to file a claim with UPS and lost that case so in return he told me that it was the right part and it wasn't damaged.Jeff is trying to charge me 400 of the 1200 but i havn't recieved a dime of my money.I have read several cases that this company has done people the same way.OUR great U.S government needs to stop these middle easterns for taking from our people like this.

This "business" is nothing but a total scam. These people asked our salvage yard personnel to ship a transmission to thier customer. Realizing it was a residential address, they were told in an email that they would be billed for any additional charges incurred for such a delivery. They agreed to pay up if this happened.

Turns out, $88.30 was charged to our shipping account, thier credit card account is now deemed "invalid" and they refuse to pay. I have notified our attorney as well as the AG's office of Illinois and the DA's office in thier district.

Do not trust these people! If this is how these middle men treat thier suppliers, how do you think they will treat you. the customer?
