worked an event with them in October in Las Vegas, NV. I worked a total of 4 days and they only paid me for 3 days. On the Last Day the Manager left early because she wanted to go out with her Boyfriend. She took our incomplete time sheets. Me and this other girl Texted her at 930pm when we left and she was suppose to write it on our time sheets. Well that was never done.
When I received my check from them I noticed it was shorted by 111.00. They paid me 329.00 but I worked a total of 22 hours and $20.00 an hour.
I have contacted this person numerous of times and she claims she put the check into the mail Nov. 24th I have also asked her to send me a copy of the checkbook receipt from the check. Nothing has been done. Mind you Nov. 24th 2015 to now I should have had my check already. She claims she sent it.
