Don't do business with A & L Lawn Equipment. They tried to rip me off by refusing to release my unrepaired mower that was covered by warranty. My extended warranty company retained A & L to make covered repairs. Three weeks after they picked up my mower, A & L called me wanting money to fix the mower. I called my warranty company and they said A & L was wrongfully trying to make extra momey from me as the service was fully covered by my warranty. I was nice to the guy at A & L but he (Carlos?) was verbally threatening towards me on the phone and used foul language including calling me a Mother F'er. He said I would never get my zero trurn mower back if I did not pay him. Shocking behavior that one can only suspect is due to mental/phychological/drug/criminal problems. My warranty company is now handling the return of my mower as I don't want to deal with someone who appears so unstable.
Avoid this shop immediatly! they over charge for old dirty lawn equipment and this shop is not set up in a professional manner. it looks like a over filled junky building. the employees are very rude, they assault and harass any one who comes in the shop. one employee by the name of Carloz Castillo physically assaulted me and harassed me . he blocked me from leaving the store and continued to mock me in a psychopathic manner. he tried to get other employees working there to assault me also. they spy on customers by recording them on there cell phones. this so called business is pathetic and very unprofessional. it has been reported to the better business bureau, dallas police department and the FBI for there unethical ways of harrasment. this shop is not worth any ones time. you are better off going to home depot, lowes or shop on the internet.
