I purchased one of their products 12-30-18, they charged my visa card on 12-31-18 and sent an email message giving me a receipt #.
I never received the product or information regarding the product delay. On Jan 27th I sent them an email giving them the receipt # 3 different times, I advised I would be using the social media to express my anger and advice to other consumers to be very leery when dealing with their company, if I didn’t hear from them regarding my purchase by the 1st of Feb. I also advised I would place a report with my Visa/Bank Company.
They replied with a short email stating they could find no information regarding my purchase and asked if I could give them a receipt #. I replied by suggesting they read my email again as I placed the receipt number very clearly in it, 1st in the subject matter and then twice in the content. I haven’t heard from them since. BUYER BE WARE!!!
Bought a 25' flag pole from these guys because of the price. E-mail #1 said it would be in the mail the next business day. 7-days later I e-mailed them and was informed that they were out of stock but would be shipped in a few days. E-mail #2 come 5-6 days later informing me that the flag has shipped and providing me with a UPS tracking #. Two days later, the tracking number is still indicating that the label has been printed, but package hasn't been brought to UPS for shipping. They shipped in ground, so 7-days later it finally shows up, only to be missing the ball for the top and the hooks for the flag. I've e-mailed them yet another angry letter asking for the rest of my order, but now I'm wondering if the pole won't just bend in half at the first high wind. Won't be buying from these guys ever again...and will warn off anyone who asks.
I purchased the gun magnet from 2a4life for $29.00, to put in my truck for a way to store weapon while driving. The magnet has double stick tape on the back to make application without putting screws though your vehicles trim.
I applied the magnet as per instructions (clean truck surface with alcohol) and waited until the following day to try it out. After putting pistol on the magnets I pulled the pistol off and the magnet came off with it.
I got online and found the 2a4life website and after searching the website I could not find a way to call or email them. I later remembered that they had emailed me with a order confirmation and replied to that telling them the problem I had. It's been two weeks and I have not heard from them and again I checked there website to try to find a phone number but there was none. I also looking on amazon to look a magnet for pistols and realized there were several of them at half of the price that I paid. I'm so dumb.
I ordered Tac Magnets on January 2nd, after not hearing anything by January 8th i sent them a e-mail and was told that there order was backordered but came in that day and they would ship tomorrow January 9th. I asked for and received a tracking number. Today i checked the tracking number and the order still had not shipped!
If you want what you paid for in a timely maner stay away from this company!!
I ordered three flagpoles and an eagle topper. But, when received. It was not the diameter, listed. So I called and was sent return shipping labels and was assured, that I'd be credited, for returned items.
It has been two months and still no credit.
Furthermore. I called the number listed and there is nobody, to take my call. Even after several times calling.
Ordered the Chengyuan belly band holster, large. The one that was sent is "small" and it's a cheap piece of crap nylon that barely holds a PPK .380. Now way to contact the company and although it came with an Amazon "scan for returns", Amazon has no record of the order. No information posted to the account, so no follow up allowed with the credit card. This is a complete scam. It's not that far of a drive for me and I would like to return this thing up close and personal.
I bought a 2A4Life Biometric Safe in January, 2021. I immediately set up the Finger Print Biometric Opening. Last week I asked my brother to open the safe using the combination. He decided to use his finger print instead and it OPENED. I tried every fingerprint on BOTH HANDS and it opened for all my fingers. i RESET THE SAFE using their original instructions, including removing and replacing the batteries.
I immediately tried the biometric finger print and it opened for all my fingers without going through the procedure of setting up a finger print. I contacted Customer NO SERVICE and they messaged me back saying that since it had been longer than 90 days my claim could NOT be honored. I did not know there was a electronice problem until an accidental use by my brother. NOW I have a Biometric Safe that can be opened by ANYONE with a FINGER, which is NONSENSE.

I purchased a single safe from 2a4life on 7/21/2021. Their payment system is totally busted. It said to pay with paypal first, so i went ahead and paid. Then it returned me to this page saying i needed to pay again. So, i paid again and it asked me if i wanted another safe for $98 dollars. I unchecked this box as i did not want another safe.
So about a week later, 2 safes show up. I contacted their customer service and tried to return it, but they refused citing their "no money back guarantee" clause, which i believe is illegal.
I contacted the bbb of utah and tried to get them to help resolve the issue, however, they were unable to help, so i filed a report with the ftc, my state's attorney general, and the attorney general of utah - where the company is based.
Now i'm reporting them to scamion because this company is a total scam! do not buy from 2a4life! you will regret it! if you search here for 2a4life you will see a ton of negative reports, so it's obvious this company is far from legitimate.
Bought their magnet to mount a pistol in my truck but it won't stick and is non-returnable
Took a month to receive, got money from my credit card right away. Took more than a month to get a credit to my credit card. Holster was made in China, with some cheap ass polyester. Do not order anything from this scam outfit out of Utah.
Took my money said order was shipped. Never received. They do not answer phones or emails.
The magnets suck, or I should say the so-called 3M adhesive back does not work. I did as explained, cleaned the surface, attached the magnets to the inside of my car, waited 24 hours. The second I placed my Glock on the magnets it pulled off immediately. I had ordered 4, so I tried it again, waited the 24 hours, and the same thing happened. There is no way the adhesive backing will hold a gun, it's too heavy. The magnets are very strong, but there is no way you can attach them permanently. Very disappointed.
2A4LIFE charged my credit card immediately for $59 for a product that was to ship the following day, but 3 weeks later I still haven’t received the merchandise. 2A4LIFE has yet to respond to my email inquiry nor will they answer their phone or return a call.
On 8/24/17 I ordered a 25 ft. flag pole and solar light from 2A4 Life total cost 119.98. Add stated the solar light would be shipped from a seperate location. I recieved the flag pole but never recieved the solar light.
I purchased their 30 foot flagpole and have had issues with it. I have been unable to make a contact with them. Sending e-mails does nothing at all, and neither does a phone call, if you are able to make any contact with a person. Phone calls go right to an answering machine and a message left does not get returned. I would urge that people look for an alternative provider.
I found an item on my Visa card for $119.95 posted on May 20, 2017. I have contacted my credit card company and they gave me a phone number 801-528-6877 supposedly belonging to the merchant.
In order for them to treat it as a fradulent transaction, I needed to close this account and get a new card which I am not willing to do. I have way too many automatic charges going to the card.
I am not sure if this is a real charge by me and I don't just remember it or it is fraud.

The companys add on facebook listed two sizes: medium thru 34 and large 35-46. I am 35 so I ordered the large but the package that arrived was sized from36 - 46 and was too big. In addition, my Glock 40 did not fit. They advertised a full money back refund but I have not received a response to e-mail or phone calls.
